A substantial breakfast of steak and eggs has a certain appeal. It’s nutritious, fulfilling, and delicious. The majority of breakfasts feature pork in some form or another, with bacon, ham, and sausages all having fans as the favorite morning meal.
Beef is the star of this meal, thanks to a mix of steak and eggs. Beef breakfast steaks are often made from tougher cuts like the eye of round, which are thinly sliced and mechanically tenderized. Cooking them fast brings out the greatest flavor and tenderness.
How to Grill Breakfast Steak?
A morning steak is generally a thin steak that is cooked rapidly and eaten with eggs. While the spice options are infinite, this delicious morning steak depends on lots of garlic powder, soy sauce, and paprika. Grill it with a fried egg and potatoes for a very wonderful breakfast.

- Chuck eye steak: A well-marbled cut that’s less expensive than a ribeye but almost as excellent. So I take it whenever it’s offered. Other cuts, like sirloin and New York strip, can also be used.
- When using fine salts, such as kosher salt or black pepper, you may want to minimize the quantity you use. The weight of a teaspoon of kosher salt is less than that of ordinary salt.
- Huge eggs: In virtually all of my recipes, I use large eggs, and this one is no exception.
- Avocado oil spray: This oil has a neutral flavor that’s ideal for frying. Alternatively, butter can be used.
- Garnish with garlic powder, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and fresh chopped parsley. Dried parsley is also an option. If you don’t have any on hand, skip them.
This is not a difficult meal to prepare, however, it is not as simple as dumping cereal into a bowl. The fundamental stages are as follows:
1. Prepare the steak
Begin by seasoning and cooking the meat. For medium-rare, you should grill it for about 2 minutes per side, or 3 minutes total if using a dual contact grill. You should also fry the fat strip quickly if you’re using a New York strip.
2. Cook the eggs in a skillet
Fry the eggs in butter or avocado oil while the meat is resting. To produce spherical eggs, we like to use metal cookie cutters.
- Season to taste and serve:
Serve with a seasoning of salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and parsley.
Allow the pan to cool for a minute before preparing the typical beef breakfast steaks and eggs meal. Reduce the heat to a medium-low setting on the burner. Return the pan to the fire, cracking two eggs into the cooking juices from the steak. Serve the eggs on top of or beside the steak, depending on your choice.
